摘要：现在是信息化时代，各行各业普遍信息化，建筑业也在不断改革，不断向信息化建筑施工与信息化施工管理方向转变，BIM技术以及5DBIM的出现和广泛应用将会加深建筑业的信息化程度。本文探讨基于REVIT的虚拟环境下的三维信息公寓楼模型的建立，实现了把公寓楼各类信息进行有效的三维整合，为后期BIM5D的创建打基础。61938

    本文结合笔者使用REVIT软件建立公寓楼模型的经历和感受，简单介绍了REVIT软件和与之紧密相关的BIM5D技术，重点分析了REVIT建模的基本步骤和方法。文章主要分为五部分：第一部分介绍公寓楼工程概况，第二部分介绍建模软件REVIT，第三部分主要写如何使用REVIT创建公寓楼模型，第四部分是建模分析，最后一部分是结语。

Apartment building B virtual modeling and analysis of construction project

Abstract: Now is information age, in all walks of life common information, the construction industry is also in constant reform, constantly shift in the direction of information construction and the information construction management, and 5 D BIM technology and widely used will deepen the degree of information construction. This article explores the 3 d virtual environment based on REVIT apartment building information model, implements the apartment building all kinds of information for effective 3 d integration, create groundwork for BIM5D of late.

     REVIT software apartment building model is set up in this paper the author's experience and feelings, simply introduces the software and closely related to the REVIT BIM5D technology, analyses the basic steps and methods of REVIT modeling. Article mainly pides into five parts: the first part introduces project summary in the apartment, the second part introduces REVIT modeling software, the third part is mainly to write how to use the REVIT create model in the apartment, the fourth part is the modeling analysis, the last part is conclusion.
