摘要金塘大浦口集装箱码头工程的建设积极响应浙江省委省政府提出的整合两地港口资源、加快推进宁波-舟山港口一体化战略决策的重要举措。大浦口湾东侧陆域地势平坦、宽阔,三面青山环抱,环境优雅,陆域纵深约1.6km,地质条件优越。

66建设金塘大浦口集装箱码头工程完全遵循国务院关于《长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、渤海湾三区域沿海港口建设规划(2004年-2010年)》的目标与要求,并依据集装箱码头规模化、专业化的特点,岸线采用长顺岸多泊位的连续布置形式,该形式容易形成规模、节省岸线资源,同时也方便设备统一调配,提高设备得使用效率以及船舶装卸船效率。

本设计的码头形式为高桩梁板式,设计内容主要包括码头的总平面布置、荷载计算、码头主体结构的内力计算及施工组织设计等。设计初查阅相关资料,根据当地的地理条件和工程资料进行总体平面布置,计算出码头上部荷载。其次通过参照设计规范使用软件等方式计算出结构的内力和配筋。最终后根据所计算的内容绘制出码头断面图、立面图、各部件配筋图等,完成此次的工程设计。62292

Abstract The construction of Jintang Dapukou container terminal project a positive response from the integration of the two port resources Zhejiang provincial government proposed to accelerate the Ningbo - Zhoushan Port Integrated strategic decisions important measure. Dapukou Bay on the eastern side land is flat, wide, surrounded by mountains on three sides, elegant environment, land depth of about 1.6km, with excellent geologic conditions.

Construction of the Dapukou container terminal project is fully followed by the objectives and requirements of “the State Council on the construction of the three regional coastal ports in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Bohai Bay, bay (2010 - 2004) ”. And according to the scale of container terminal, professional characteristics, shoreline use Changshun shore berth continuous layout, the form of easy to form scale, save the shoreline resources, but also facilitate the deployment of a unified equipment, improve equipment efficiency and ship loading and unloading efficiency.

The design of the wharf in the form of high pile plate type, the design content mainly includes the general layout of the pier, load calculation, the main structure of the pier internal force calculation and construction organization design and so on. Read the preliminary design information, according to local geographical conditions and the project data for overall layout, terminal of the upper load is calculated. Secondly, through reference design codes use the software to calculate the internal force of the structure and reinforcement. Finally according to the calculated draw wharf sectional drawing, elevation, components reinforcement diagram, complete the project design.
