(10)设置湿式自动喷水灭火系统,危险等级为中危险级Ⅰ级。

(11)排烟设计选用自然排烟和机械排烟结合的方式,地上建筑在满足规范要求的情况下,对每层楼梯间、走道和各个房间都采用自然通风。地下停车库采用机械排烟,划分为四个防烟分区。

(12)设置火灾自动报警系统,本建筑为二级保护对象,采用集中报警系统,并在本建筑的一层设置一个消防安保控制中心。选用感烟探测器,在本教学楼的各层的电梯前室,防烟楼梯间前室,各层走道的中部设置手动火灾报警按钮。

A teaching building fire design

Abstract: This building is a teaching building。 It’s height is 39。60 m, nine layers on the ground, and there is a floor underground。 There are the classroom, conference room, office, showroom and some discussing room in the building。 Underground is a parking garage。 Due to the teaching building is the main use for teaching。 There are a lot of inflammable and combustible things like desks and chairs, and the buildings are very dense in many times。 It’s difficult to evacuate。 So it is an important job to do the fire design of the building。

This design according to The National Norm of Building Fire System Design and other relevant laws and regulations。 According to the actual situation of the teaching building。 In line with the principle contain saving resource, strict requirements, reasonable compliance and beautiful, makes every effort to prevent the happening of the fire, protect the safety of personnel and reduce property losses。 The specific design content includes: the design of building fire resistance rating, general layout and architectural plane of fire prevention design, personnel safety evacuation design, indoor decoration design of fire safety, fire extinguishers, fire hydrant water supply system design, configuration design of automatic sprinkler system design, building smoke control system design and automatic fire alarm system design。

The design is as follows:

(1) This teaching building belongs to two kinds of high-rise buildings。 The fire resistance rating is secondary。

(2) The Fire separation between the teaching building and the students' dormitory building meets the regulation of the specification, set 9m。 The teaching building and the Conference building building are set to be more than 9m。 The distance between the conference building and the college building is much greater than the requirement of fire spacing, so it is not designed。

(3) There is a circular fire lane around the teaching building, which is set up through the fire aisle at the reality pavilion。 The width of the fire lane is set to 6m, and the fire lane on both sides is set to 5m。 The front and rear fire lanes are about 7m outside the building's outer wall。 The turning radius of the fire lane behind the building is 9m, and the turning radius in front of the building is 4m。 Considering that this building is not part of the super tall building, Plus the problem of saving land, the project is not designed the end turnaround。

(4) Set in front of the building layout of the fire climb straight operation field, behind the teaching building set length to 10 m, 8 m wide climb the operation site of fire trucks and fire up operating space distance teaching building external wall are 7 m, and connected to the fire lane。

(5) The underground parking garage is pided into two fire zones。 Nine of the ground layer on each floor to remove the smoke prevention stair well and all kinds of shaft need separate smoke partitions, pided into other parts of each layer is pided into a smoke partitions, underground parking garage is pided into four smoke partitions。

(6) The first layer sets four safe exits, set at the end of the walkway and two staircases to the outside。 The width of each safe exit is 1。5 meters。 Two to nine floors, each layer can set up two safe exits, led by an evacuation corridor leading to the front room of the smoke stairway。 The horizontal distance between the two safe exits is 54。800 m。 Each floor has two smoke staircases, one of which shares a front room with the fire elevator。
