In this paper, we investigate the status of happiness contemporary new generation of employees by using General Well-Being Schedule, and discovery the problems on well-being of the new generation staff by statistical analysis of survey data. Then, come up with effective and feasible method to improve the well-being of employees. The survey found that the new generation staff are more worried about the health and future, and they can do better on control the mood, behavior and energy control. Therefore, enterprises want to improve the well-being of employees Cenozoic should do more on the elimination of the worries about health and future .According to the results of the investigation, the paper will put forward some improvement advice on well-being of the new generation staff.
