摘要:社会工作人才是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要力量,随着改革开放的不断深入,社会对社会工作者的职业化、专业化和需求越来越迫切。然而,社工的生存和能力培养现状却难以满足居民不断增长的服务需求。如队伍中普遍存在从业人员数量严重不足和人才培养不到位、薪酬激励不够、社会支持缺位与社会地位偏低等难题。诸多问题的存在,严重影响了我国社会工作者队伍的发展。本文的分析是建立在对上海市服务机构部分社会工作者现状的数据收集基础之上,运用数据分析使读者更直观和全面地总结出上海社工生存和发展存在的问题与其产生的原因,探求适合上海地区社会工作人才发展的路径和模式。21506 毕业论文关键字: 社会工作;专业人才;人才需求;生存现状;能力建设
Investigation and analysis of demand for social work professionals – a case study of Shanghai
Abstract: Talent is an important force in building Socialist harmonious society in social work, with the deepening of reform and opening up, and social demand for specialization and professionalism of social workers, becoming more and more urgent. However, social workers ' living and training of residents are struggling to meet the growing demand for services. Team prevailed in serious shortage of number of employees and personnel training are not in place, lack of incentive compensation, inadequate social support problems and low social status. The problems affecting the development of our social workers seriously. This analysis is based on the present services some social workers in Shanghai on the basis of data collection, using data analysis to make the reader more intuitive and comprehensively summed up the Shanghai social welfare problems of survival and development and causes of their authorizations for talent development path and model in social work in Shanghai.
