Investigation and analysis of demand for social work professionals – a case study of Shanghai
Abstract: Talent is an important force in building Socialist harmonious society in social work, with the deepening of reform and opening up, and social demand for specialization and professionalism of social workers, becoming more and more urgent. However, social workers ' living and training of residents are struggling to meet the growing demand for services. Team prevailed in serious shortage of number of employees and personnel training are not in place, lack of incentive compensation, inadequate social support problems and low social status. The problems affecting the development of our social workers seriously. This analysis is based on the present services some social workers in Shanghai on the basis of data collection, using data analysis to make the reader more intuitive and comprehensively summed up the Shanghai social welfare problems of survival and development and causes of their authorizations for talent development path and model in social work in Shanghai.

一、 研究背景
社会工作专业产生于工业化、城市化和现代化比较发达的阶段，随着经济迅速发展和社会运动高涨而兴起。自经济转型以来，我国经济发展带来了深刻的变化。经济体制深入改革，社会结构深刻变更，利益的格局也随之出现深刻调整，思想观念产生了深刻变化。经济发展的一系列副产品一一如失业、贫富差距、人口老龄化等繁杂多样的社会问题凸显。经济与社会的矛盾不可调和，使得社会的急剧转型与社会矛盾的日益尖锐，人们着手于对福利保障、社会服务等方面的呼吁愈来愈高，对社会工作的需求也愈来愈迫切（刘美玲， 2009）。
社会工作以助人为宗旨，它化解社会矛盾，是社会发展的“润和剂”和“调节器”;扶助社会弱势群体，是他们的“保护伞”；促成社会协调，是国泰民安的“巩固丸”和“保安剂”，在全体建立和谐社会的事业中饰演首要的角色。的十吹冰届吹冰中全会指出:“造就一支结构合理、素质优良的社会工作人才队伍”（李迎生，2008）。培育社工人材是做好社会工作的首要组成部分和央浼，成为构建和谐社会的必经之路。《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》，将社工人才列为第吹冰支人才，明确提出了社工人才队伍的发展方向；以人才培养和岗位开发为基础，以中高级社会工作人才为重中之重，培育造就一支职业化、专业化的社会工作人才队伍。到2015年，社会工作人才总量到达200万人。到2020年，社会工作人才总量达到300万人（张妹，2008）。
