摘要:随着专家学者对人力资源外包理论的深入研究和应用推广,河南省越来越多的中小企业管理者也认识到人力资源外包的实用性与重要性。文章通过分析影响河南省中小企业人力资源外包的相关因素,从其外包管理的现状出发,对河南省人力资源外包环境的优势与劣势进行比对分析,阐述其人力资源外包过程中存在的风险,并从创建良好的外包环境、提高企业自身能力、审慎的选择外包供应商、建立完善的风险管理系统等几个方面提出了对策建议。以期对河南省中小企业实施人力资源外包有所借鉴。23361 毕业论文关键词:中小企业;人力资源外包;风险管理
Human Resource Outsourcing And Risk Management of SMEs in Henan Province
Abstract: Along with the in-depth study for the theory of human resource outsourcing and the promotions of its application made by the experts, a growing number of SME managers in Henan Province start to recognize the usefulness and importance of HR outsourcing. Through analyzing the factors influencing the HR outsourcing for SMEs in Henan Province and the current situation of outsourcing management, this article has compared the strengths and weaknesses imposed by its environments, described the potential risks confronted in the oursourcing processes, and put forward suggestions to certain aspects including, but not limited to, the creation of a sound outsourcing environment, the improvement of SME’s ability to choose an outsourcing provider prudently, and the establishment of a sound risk management system, aiming to bring positive values toward the implementation of HR outsourcing for SMEs in Henan Province.
