摘要:人力资源外包问题是目前企业人力资源管理中的一个研究热点。本论文联系A公司的实际外包情况,通过对A公司人力资源管理外包的分析,发现A公司在我国进行人力资源外包中存在的诸多问题并进一步探究解决对策.提出了全社会要建立相应法规制度,企业自身模式需调整,并健立风险防范机制,同时在如何加强人力资源外包服务商等方面进行改进。以期对A公司乃至其他企业人力资源外包问题的解决提供解决思路。23363 毕业论文关键词:外包;人力资源;风险防范
Analysis of The Human Resource Outsourcing Problems And Countermeasures in A Company
Abstract: The problem of human resource outsourcing is the research hotspot in human resource management. The paper discovers some restraining factors in human resource outsourcing in A Company through analysis of its current human resource outsourcing and tries to come up with corresponding ways .And the laws were given.Meanwhile, the company itself needs to adjust mode and set up the risk prevention mechanism. At last, the company needs to study the methods to strength the human resource outsourcing provider which will benefits A Company and others company a lot and provides the solving ideas to problem of human resource outsourcing.
