Study on The Problem of China's Rural Old-age Empty Nester
——Taking Huaxian Laomiaoxiang in Henan As the Example
Abstract: Our country belongs to the type of “getting old without fortune”. With the increase of the aging and the migrant population, “empty nest” families increase and the pension problems highlight, which is particularly acute in the countryside. Rural empty-nest elderly lack economically income source, care and medical guarantee in life and have psychological problems. By means of questionnaire, the paper is developed from the samples in the area of Lao miao village, He nan Hua xian County, in order to analyze and study the rural empty-nesters pension problem through data. The paper puts forward a series of countermeasures to solve the problem—developing the rural economy, promoting the rural elderly insurance system, improving rural pension laws and regulations, carrying forward the traditional “filial piety” culture, which has certain theoretical significance to carry out the work of the people’s livelihood.

我国农村空巢老人养老问题研究以河南滑县老庙乡为例
前言
2010年统计年鉴显示，直止2009底，我国65岁及以上的老年人口达到了1.1亿，占全国总人口的8.5%，全国老龄办公布的数据截止到2011年我国60岁及以上老年人口为18499万人，占总人口的 13.7%。按照联合国制定的标准，当一个国家或地区60岁及以上老年人口的数量达到或超过人口总数的10%这个国家或地区就进入了老龄社会，成为“老年型”国家。按照这一标准我国已经完全步入老龄化社会，而老年人口中60%以上在农村，也就是说多于1亿的老年人生活在农村，而空巢老人近40%左右。
由于城市化进程的快速发展，大批农村年轻劳动力外出到城市打工，导致很多家庭出现“空巢”现象，当老龄化与空巢现象相遇时，农村空巢老人的养老问题便凸显出来。第吹冰次人口普查结果显示，我国65岁及以上的老年人大约有2340万生活在空巢家庭。而空巢家庭有1562万户，占65岁及以上老年人口的26.6%，共有老年空巢家庭大约1118万户，占老年家庭户数的71.57%，也就是说1633.1万老人生活在农村空巢家庭，占空巢老人的比率高达69.82% 。所以农村空巢老人的养老问题已不再是简单的家庭问题，更是一个现实的社会问题，必须引起政府和社会的关注，努力探索解决这一问题的途径，不仅仅是农村空巢老人自身受益，更对我国农村的稳健发展及社会的和谐健康发展具有长远的意义。
