Advantages and mechanism of NPO on the urban community endowment-Taking shanghai Z elderly daycare as an example
Abstract：With the growing prominence of China's aging problem, pension problems are constantly affecting the inpidual and society. Although at present there are a lot of researches about the pension problems, the role of non-profit organizations emerged in recent years in pension didn't get the special attention of scholars, which of course is a very significant issue of our country's urbanization and social stability. Based on the study of the pension mode in China and the non-profit organizations' intervention of urban community endowment, this paper takes Shanghai Z elderly daycare center as the object, to study the advantages and the mechanism of non-profit organizations in urban community endowment, and in the last part of the paper for non-profits' better intervention in urban community endowment related suggestions are put forward.

一、研究背景和研究意义
（一） 研究背景
随着我国经济的快速发展和社会结构的转变，人们的平均寿命不断增长，我国老年人口规模也在不断增大。自二十一世纪以来，我国的家庭结构由规模大类型单一的联合家庭模式向规模小类型多样的非联合家庭模式转变，越来越多的城市老年人不再以过去“养儿防老”的方式而是家庭养老、社区养老多种方式并存的方式度过自己的晚年生活。随着我国人口老龄化的趋势明显增强，人口中的60岁及以上老人的规模也越来越大。老有所养是社会稳定的一部分必定会在一定程度上影响中国梦的建设，这是一个需要引起全社会高度关注的问题。
中国是世界上人口最多的国家，同样也是老龄人口最多的国家。有数据显示，截至2011年末，中国大陆有1.23亿65岁及以上老人，约占总人口的9.1％，规模超过欧洲老年人口总和。 伴随着人们生活水平和医疗卫生水平的不断提高，老年人的平均寿命也在上升中，又由于计划生育政策和越来越重的生活压力导致很多年轻人晚婚晚育更有甚者不想要孩子决定做一个丁克族。由这引起的生育率和死亡率的下降都是对我国可持续化发展的一个挑战，面对人口老龄化的，我们是否可以很好地处理老龄化带来的一系列问题比如医疗、生活保障、养老等，让新一代人对自己以后的生活有信心从而使社会良性发展，这都需要个人和社会的共同努力。
