In zhoukou normal college graduates as investigation object, through the analysis of the status quo of zhoukou normal college graduates career choices, Found that there is an difference of inpidual ability in college graduates career choices, to parents there is dependence, values present hasten the phenomenon, the problem such as the lack of career planning, The reasons of the problems have society, school and personal reasons, Therefore, in order to guide the right career choice of zhoukou normal college graduates, graduates need society, school and inpidual three aspects of common efforts.

摘 要：近年来随着市场经济的深入，教育体制和就业机制的变革，我国大学毕业生的职业选择问题日益凸显，能否进行正确的职业选择关乎着大学生的未来发展。本文以周口师范学院毕业生为调查对象，通过分析周口师范学院毕业生职业选择的现状，发现大学毕业生职业选择中存在着个人能力差、对家长存在依赖性、价值观呈现趋利现象、缺乏职业规划等问题，产生问题的原因有社会、学校和个人方面的原因，因此，为了引导周口师范学院的毕业生进行正确的职业选择，需要社会、学校和毕业生个人三个方面共同的努力。
