摘 要:随着市场中竞争加剧和人们思想观念转变,中小民营企业员工流失现象比较严重,如何获得员工忠诚度成为中小民营企业关注的焦点。现将市中小民营企业200位员工进行问卷调查,研究结果表明:员工的忠诚度处于中等偏上的水平,影响市中小民营企业员工忠诚度的因素包括企业发展、参与管理、工作本身、晋升与发展、市场化就业机制和政府扶持。最后本文从这吹冰个方面提出建议,以提高市中小民营的员工忠诚度,促进市中小民营企业的发展。31175 毕业论文关键词: 市;中小民营企业;员工忠诚度

Abstract: Employee loyalty of small and medium-sized private enterprises in has largely effected the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in . In this paper, a survey among 200 staffs in small and medium-sized private enterprises in was conducted. The collected data was correlation analyzed and regression analyzed by spss19.0. the result shows that enterprise development, leading factor, to participate in the management, internal communication, organizational identification, job itself, remuneration system, promotion and development, market-oriented employment mechanism and government support are the main ten factors which highly related to the employee loyalty of small and medium-sized private enterprises in . According to the results, countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of enterprise and government were supplied to improve the loyalty of small and medium-sized private enterprises in , keep the talents stay in enterprise and boost the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in .
