摘 要:随着经济发展和产业结构调整,对以“三高一低”即受教育程度高、职业期望高、物质和精神享受高、工作耐受力低为主要特征的新生代农民工职业技能提出了新的要求。职业技能培训作为人力资本投资和积累的重要途径,有利于提高新生代农民工职业竞争力,有利于促进产业结构升级等。本文分析新生代农民工的特点,发现新生代农民工职业技能培训存在新生代农民工自身投资不足,企业认知度不够,职业技能培训机构培训模式陈旧,政府对培训管理不到位等问题,基于这些问题,针对个人、企业、培训机构、政府提出具有实践意义的对策。31651 毕业论文关键词:新生代农民工;职业技能培训;对策
Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Skill Training
of the New Generation of Migrant Workers
Abstract: Along with the development of economic and the adjustment of industrial structure, society puts forward new requirements for a three-high and one-low, namely higher educational backgrounds, higher career expectations, higher material and spiritual enjoyment, lower work tolerance as the main feature of the new generation of migrant workers vocational skills. Vocational skills training as important ways of investment and accumulation of human capital, contributes to improving the professional competence of the new generation of migrant workers and promoting upgrading of industrial structure, etc. The paper analyses the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, finding the problems that the new generation migrant workers are lack of investment, enterprise’s awareness is not enough for training and vocational training institutions’s training model is antiquated. Based on the problems, we put forward the practical significance countermeasures in aspect of inpidual, enterprise, training institutions and government.
