Study on urban community endowment
Abstract：In recent years, the trend of aging population increasing，the problem of the elderly have been highlighted. With the family structure tend to core family gradually, The traditional pension way to rely on their children to take care of them has been unable to meet the needs of the world. Community pension began to spread and vigorous development in the city. However, due to the growing commercialization of the central city planning, many elderly tend to return to suburban residence, pension. But there are some problems such that there is a simple service in the suburban community service, lack of relevant service experience, the lack of attention by the elderly, urgently need to improve. And, now the elderly for the need for pension is also increasingly perse, the community needs to provide more than just the care of life, as well as the spiritual and cultural aspects of life concern. This paper aims to offer a proposal for the current bottleneck in the development of suburban community pension, to improve the current level of suburban community pension services by analyzing the relevant data and cases.
