The Survey of the Social work graduates employment status
Abstract：This emerging profession of social work, and because of our social system today is in a transition period, the employment situation for it, we passed questionnaires, has been the following: student's awareness is low; professional teachers lack enthusiasm and career skills training; internship arbitrary large; social awareness is low; national policy to implement access is not on track. Resulting in employment of college graduates there are some structural problems, from the entire community to the job market for the social work profession is lack of recognition of professional education there are some lacking, we analyze the problem, whether it is from a macro national policy or microscopic personal problems, joint problems that exist, not only affect the social work profession graduates, and more on the development of social work have a great impact, so we passed on the existence of these problems were analyzed, combined with practical to obtain the corresponding countermeasures. As a social work graduate student, hopes for the future development of social work can go on unnecessary crooked road, should embark on the right track, let us look forward to social work specialization and professionalization of healthy development.

一、研究背景
“社会工作是以利他主义为指导, 以科学的知识为基础, 运用科学的方法进行的助人服务活动。社会工作的本质是一种助人活动, 其特征是提供服务。更确切一点说, 社会工作是一种科学的助人服务活动, 它不同于一般的行善活动”[ 1] 。
根据社会工作专业教学计划和人才培养目标，毕业生对口的专业就业岗位主要有四类: 一是民政、司法、劳动和社会保障、公安、卫生、教育等职能部门从事社会政策制定、执行的岗位( 目前属于公务员岗位系统)；二是社会福利院、救助管理站、敬老院等开展社会服务的岗位( 一般属于社会福利保障类事业单位岗位系统)；三是社会福利相关的群团组织和民间组织或其他与社会保障；四是街道办事处、社区居委会的社会工作岗位。由此可见，社会工作专业学生就业面比较广，我国每年培养万余名社工专业毕业生，按常理说这样远远不能满足社会迅速发展的需求，但社工专业毕业生的实际就业状况却并不乐观。
