浦东图书馆外文书库运营管理策略分析
本文以上海浦东图书馆的外文书库为主要研究对象，首先概括了浦东新区公共图书馆的发展历程和概况，其次针对浦东图书馆的供应链管理模式和图书馆馆藏现状作了细致阐述，着重研究了其外文书的采购模式和外文书库的利用现状。通过调研和分析浦东图书馆读者对外文书的借阅情况，结合现今外文书籍的市场需求和相关文献，发现浦东图书馆外文书库在运营过程中存在的一些问题和不足，通过分析问题产生的主要影响因素，最后将提出相关建议为浦东图书馆未来发展提供借鉴。

The Operations Management Analysis of Pudong Library’s Foreign Stacks
Abstract: With China's accession to the WTO, Since the beginning of the opening up policy, comprehensive strength of China has been enhanced greatly, the national literacy rate has raised dramatically now, which makes our book import and export industry development rapidly and promote the procurement requirements of foreign books in the country library. Books imports rise year by year.
In this paper, based on Pudong Library’s foreign stacks as the main research object, Firstly summarizing the development course and overview of libraries in Pudong New Area, and then the supply chain of Pudong Library and its library present situation were detailed. Also the paper focused on the utilization situation of its foreign stacks and its procurement model. Through the investigation and analysis of the library readers and the current situation of borrowing foreign books, Combined with relevant literature and the market demand of foreign language books. This paper puts forward the current problem that the foreign stacks have some problems and deficiencies that exist in the operation process. Focusing on the issue, this paper analyzes the main influential factors to provide reference for the development of Pudong Library in the future.
