摘 要:知识经济时代以来,社会发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业数量快速增加,尤其是中小企业。中小企业成本低、体制灵活、运作速度快,在河南省经济发展中起到了非常重要的作用。在21世纪这个人才竞争激烈的大时代里,河南省中小企业要想留住人才,就必须挖掘企业人力资源的潜力,重视薪酬设计。本文首先明确了薪酬设计的概念界定,介绍了薪酬设计的特点以及重要性。而后通过对河南省中小企业薪酬设计现状进行实地问卷调查,分析其现状,发现河南省中小企业薪酬设计存在的诸多问题。并针对中小企业在薪酬设计时忽视内在薪酬、缺乏创新等问题提出了相应的对策和建议。38934 毕业论文关键字:中小企业;薪酬设计;对策
The Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Salary Design of Small and Medium Enterprises in He Nan Province
Abstract: Great changes have taken place since the era of knowledge, for example, the small and medium-sized enterprise increased quickly with low cost ,flexible system and fast operation, played a very important role in He Nan Province. If small and medium-sized enterprises in He Nan Province want to keep talented people in a situation of full competitive in 21 century, they must dig the potential of enterprises’ manpower resource and attach importance to salary design.
The paper makes a clear concept definition about salary design and it also introduce the characteristics and importance of salary design. There are some problems exists in small and medium-sized enterprises’ salary design by doing questionnaire surveys and analyzing the situation in He Nan Province. Aiming at small and medium-sized enterprises neglect the intrinsic compensation and lack innovation, which the paper give some resources and proposals to solve .
