摘要:互联网的无时间、无空间、无区域的特性促进了电子商务在发展初期以“J”型的形式疯狂飙涨,进而促使社会物流的快速增长,并对物流的时效性、安全性以及降低成本等方面的问题提出越来越高的要求。然而电子商务每年以300%的速度增长,使得物流跟不上电商的脚步,制约着其发展,这一现象在终端配送中显得尤为明显。最后一公里的配送是连接虚拟网络销售与真实生活消费的桥梁,因此由电商快速发展催生而来的落地配更符合中国消费者的个性化需求。本文主要介绍落地配在终端配送中的优势,分析落地配的发展现状,研究落地配陷入困境的原因,借鉴民营快递和国外物流的成功案例,解决落地配中存在的问题,提高客户满意度。40311 毕业论文关键词:电子商务 终端配送 落地配 客户满意度
Study on the current situation and development of the floor with the business of Inner Mongolia branch
Abstract:Internet’s no time, no space, no region characteristics facilitate e-commerce development in the form of "J" shaped, thereby promoting the rapid growth of social logistics, and raising higher and higher requirements for the timeliness, safety, cost reduction and other aspects of logistics. Slow development of logistics restricts the e-commerce annual growth rate to 300%, and this phenomenon is particularly evident in the terminal distribution. Last kilometer delivery is to bridge the virtual network of sales and the real consumption. So, the Luo- Di-Pei spawned by the rapid growth of e-commerce is more in line with the inpidual needs of Chinese consumers. This paper describes the advantage of Luo-Di-Pei in the terminal distribution, analyzes its development status and current difficult situation,, learns from foreign private courier and logistics success stories, solves the existing problems in Luo-Di-Pei and improves customer satisfaction .
