邹区灯具集散型产业集群的发展演化与优化对策

Abstract : Based on the concept 、characteristics and origin of the collecting and distributing industrial cluster , this paper analyzed peculiarity and mechanism to the evolution of the lighting industrial cluster in Zouqu City of Jiangsu Province from three aspects covering growing pattern 、developing stage and features by using the methods of depth interview and questionnaire survey . Results were showed that form pattern of the lighting industrial cluster in Zouqu City was multifarious and its development had the characteristic of phase that now is at the stage of grow towards maturity . The lighting industrial cluster in Zouqu City can upgrade and update from three aspects that what they need to do are establishing co-production and research bases 、building up Logistics Park and the one-stop shopping mall 、advancing electronic commerce .

1引言
在经济全球化下，产业发展具有明显的地域和部门集中化倾向【1】，呈现出集群的发展趋势。如今，产业集群已是当代世界经济的一个重要现象，即指在特定区域中，具有竞争与合作关系，且在地域上集中，有交互关联性的企业、专业化供应商、服务供应商、金融机构、相关产业厂商及其他相关机构等组成的群体组织【2】。对于产业集群的研究，以20世纪90年代迈克尔•波特的钻石结构模型【3】为代表，而建立起相对成熟的产业集群理论。国内自2000年以来，形成产业集群研究热潮，但对集散型产业集群的研究关注尚不充分。论文以常州市邹区镇灯饰产业集群为例，研究集散型产业集群的发展演化，即邹区这样一个毫无资源优势、产业基础和市场优势的苏南小镇，是如何在激烈的灯饰市场竞争中脱颖而出一跃成为“中国灯具城”并通过有效利用市场网络组织结构来延长产业链，提升服务，提高竞争力，努力在全国灯饰市场上成为核心集散地。同时以求为其他集散型产业集群的发展提供一定的借鉴价值。
