摘要文章从EKC曲线假说出发,使用回归分析法对苏州在2003至2013年间的经济发展和环境质量之间的关系进行验证分析,研究结果表明,多数污染物的排放量与人均GDP变化之间还不具有典型EKC曲线的变化特征。苏州仍应加快经济发展模式的转变,加快产业结构的调整,大力发展第三产业,继续进行深刻有效的战略性方案调整,加强环境政策调控和环境减排技术的研究,从而缓解经济增长对环境的压力,实现污染物排放量的下降。40760

ABSTRACT
Article embarks from the EKC curve hypothesis, using the regression analysis on the economic development of Suzhou from 2003 to 2013 and the analysis of the relationship between the environmental quality of verification, the results show that the majority of pollutant emissions and per capital GDP change also do not have between the change characteristics of the typical EKC curve. Suzhou still should accelerate the economic development pattern transformation, to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, profound effective strategic plan adjustment, continue to strengthen environmental policy and environmental emissions reduction technology research, to alleviate the pressure of the economic growth on the environment, realize reduced emissions.
