1.2 Research Significance

In recent years, as Saudi Arabia's economic development, human resources has become a valuable resource, and under more intense competition, talent has become the core of enterprise management. The human resource and management in the country is rapidly catching on , with the processes and system adopted in the develop parts of the globe. 

At this stage, thethe Fresh Fruit Time Company already has a relatively complete system of personnel management, and incentives for personnel issues have a more clear understanding, but there are some shortcomings and deficiencies, such as lack of motivation of employees, the loss of high-end talent, unclear incentive payment, and so on. The "people as the core competitiveness of the most important manifestations of staff motivation” will directly affect the future and development of enterprises, so the research on enterprises’ human resource management and employee incentive mechanism development has great practical meaning. According to the problems existed in the employee incentive of the Fresh Fruit Time Company, the relative incentive mechanism and some encouraging suggestions can help improve some of the problems existing in the Fresh Fruit Time Company to enhance its comprehensive competitiveness. What’s more, it also has some theoretical significance and can provide some references for future research.

1.3 Research Purpose

At present, many companies are implementing different forms for its own staff training program, however, its purpose is only one, that is to make the business performance be further enhanced by this approach. However, the result is just the opposite, because they recognize that through practice: training of staff is not a simple theory professor can be done, and they have to face a variety of specific issues, so companies need to devote sufficient attention to staff training plan. In theory, researches on staff management has been more mature, can provide some inspiration and reference to the reality of business purposes. In the daily management practice, many large companies are in the process of trial and error, which has found that the staff training model is in line with its own characteristics of a successful company.

Hence, during the study, some of the theory and methods, such as "Human Resource Management", "Organizational Behavior", "Managerial Economics", "salary management" and other subjects are refered. This paper tries to break this myth and explain that HR field can be more efficient and more effective through the implementation of processes that are automated. The Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) is an effective tool to raise up the efficiency of the HR department as also the  highly cost effective. Here an attempt is made to explain the various processes that will help in making the HR department effective and efficient through processes. This article aims to do help to future research on Saudi Arabia enterprise employees incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, thus contributing to the Saudi Arabian company and its economic development.

2. Literature Review

2.1 The Concept of Motivation

Motivation is used to explain the behavior of theoretical construction. It represents the reasons for human demands, desires, and actions. Motivation can also be defined as the direction of a person's behavior, or what causes a person would like to repeat a behavior, and vice versa. One motivation is what prompted to act in a certain way, or at least develop a specific behavior inclined people. According to Maehr and Meyer, "motivation is a word that is part of popular culture like some other psychological concepts."
