摘要由于独生子女的实施造成生育率的整体降低，加之老年化程度的日益加深，我国城镇空巢老人的数量也在不断地攀升，逐渐演变成现在所说的的“空巢家庭”。我国现阶段关于城镇空巢家庭的有关理论和实践探索，从多个角度来发现我国现阶段城镇空巢老人生活存在的一系列问题，并进一步分析产生这些问题的原因，从而从多方面提出针对性建议，颁布实施相关的政策。城市空巢老人问题的解决它关系到我国现代化发展的进程以及社会的和谐稳定，对我国目前建立和谐发展的全面小康社会的重要因素。对我国目前解决空巢老人生活存在的诸多问题以及相关老年产业的发展也具有重要的现实意义。42563

Abstract

 一、  引言

目前我国老年人口的数量已成为世界之最，老年人口的增长也是世界上的增速最

快的国家。“十二五期间”我国六十岁的人口已达到每年四十多万的增速，到2015年我国六十岁的人口将近一千万，将进占到总人口的百分之二十五，这些经过仔细调查、分析得到的数据时刻提醒着我们我国已步入老年化社会，老年化的程度远远超过我们的预料和可控制范围，形势相当的严峻，并且这一问题将会长期的存在。人口老年化已经带来严重的社会问题，亟待我们提出有效的对策加以解决。
