摘要文化产业会在一定的时间或空间内产生集聚效应，并呈现出“集群式”发展的趋势，由此形成文化产业集聚区。文化产业集聚区是一种产业集群式的发展模式。徐州市文化产业集聚区目前的发展过程中存在文化产业发展定位不清晰、文化产业发展体系不健全、文化集聚区经营管理水平不到位以及创意创新能力不足等问题。成功的文化产业集聚区一定具有明确的文化产业发展目标、良好的文化产业体系构建、先进的产业经营理念和强大的产业创新能力。因此，徐州市文化产业集聚区应该依托徐州市厚重的文化历史资源，明确文化产业集聚区发展定位，进一步完善文化产业发展体系，加快文化产业与各产业之间的发展融合，重视技术创新与人才培养，走好文化产业集聚区发展道路。42592

 Development status and Countermeasures of cultural industry cluster in Xuzhou City

Abstract Cultural industry can produce accumulative effect in a certain time or space, and it presents the cluster development situation, then forms cultural industry agglomeration area. Cultural industries concentrated area is a kind of industrial cluster development model. Xuzhou cultural industry cluster areas is currently in the process of the development. of the cultural industry development orientation is not clear, cultural industry development system is not sound, management level is not very high, so that creative problems such as lack of innovation. Successful cultural industry area must have industry development goals, build good industry system, advanced management idea,and have strong industry innovation capability .It also closely combined with the product of modern communications technology. Therefore xuzhou cultural industry agglomeration area should be based on the han culture of xuzhou ,the heavy historical foundation.Clear cultural industry agglomeration area development localization and further perfect the system of the cultural industry development are also needed. accelerate the integration between culture industry and the industry development, attaches great importance to technological innovation and personnel training, good cultural industry agglomeration area development road.
