Abstract

    With the rapid economic development, people's living standards continue to improve. At the same time, people's consumption concept has undergone tremendous changes,and people pay attention to the experience of the consumption increasingly.Therefore,the concept of experience marketing came into being.At the same time, in order to meet people's changing consumer demands, business commercial plaza around arise and develop rapidly,becoming a new commercial business model.However, due to the lack of experience,there are many problems and shortcomings of the current commercial plaza. By the impact of e-commerce, how to create their own O2O model has become an urgent problem in many companies.Therefore, in the background of experience economy and O2O , forming a commercial complex for its own experience marketing strategy is essential.
