摘要：微信是当下社会中的主要流社交软件，微信用户已高达6亿，庞大的用户群体数量为微信奠定了良好的营销基础。微信营销具有个性化的营销方式、更低的营销成本、互动性更强、覆盖面广泛等特点。本文以周口品尚假日酒店为例，分析其微信营销中信息单向沟通、缺乏互动性、信息提醒方式、缺乏完善的营销评价体系等问题，针对这些问题为周口品尚假日酒店的微信营销提出建立信息双向沟通渠道、加强互动、明确微信营销内容定位、做好微信认证工作和市场推广工作等对策建议。43458

Analysis the WeChat Marketing of small and medium sized Econo Hotel to Zhoukou’PinShang Holiday as an Example

Abstract：WeChat is the main stream of social software in the current society, WeChat users have reached 600 million, the number of large groups of users to WeChat has laid a good foundation for marketing. WeChat marketing has the characteristics of personalized marketing, lower marketing costs, more interactive, wide coverage and so on. This paper to Zhoukou’s PinShang holiday hotel as an example, analysis the micro channel marketing in one-way communication of information, the lack of interaction and information to remind, the lack of comprehensive evaluation system of marketing problems. To solve these problems for Zhoukou’s PinShang Holiday Inn micro channel marketing puts forward to establish information bidirectional communication channels and strengthen the interaction and clear content marketing positioning micro channel, do micro channel certification and market promotion and so on countermeasures and suggestions.
