摘要:本文是以上海市郊区户籍的大学毕业生为研究的对象，以整个上海市的郊区为主要研究区域，对上海郊区户籍大学生在毕业后选择就业地区的现实状况，影响因素以及目前市区郊区的就业结构进行分析；同时通过访谈分析上海市郊区户籍大学生和市区户籍大学生的就业差异，基本是从选择的行业类型，单位的性质，求职的渠道，专业的匹配程度，上班的路程及成本等这几个主要方面进行统计分析上海郊区户籍大学生选择就业区域的问题和特点。43792

The research on the working distract choice of the Shanghai suburban university graduates

Abstract: The university graduates of Shanghai suburban as the research object, the whole Shanghai City of suburban as the research area, analyzed the real situation which the suburban graduates choose the working place when they graduate from the university; some influence factors and the employment structure between the suburban and urban currently.  Though interview method analysis the differences of the employment between Shanghai suburban and urban graduates. The author examined from the occupation type, the nature of units , employment channels, the level of the professional match and the distance and the cost of working to analysis the problems and characteristics when the graduates choose the working distract.
