摘要近年来,新生代农民工日益成为我国劳动力供给的中坚力量,为我国经济增长和城市发展做出了重要贡献。新生代农民工劳动关系的和谐稳定影响着和谐社会的建设和企业的可持续发展。本文对广东省486名新生代农民工进行了问卷调查,在分析广东省新生代农民工劳动关系现状的基础上,对广东省新生代农民工劳动关系的影响因素进行归纳分析。研究结果表明,影响广东省新生代农民工劳动关系的因素有:员工个人情况、劳动合同签订率低,就业稳定性难以保障;收入层次低,同工不同时、同工不同酬和恶意拖欠与克扣工资等问题严重;休息休假权难以保障;职业培训少,晋升难等。针对这些因素提出如下政策建议:新生代农民工提高自身素质和维权能力;企业履行社会责任,构建和谐的企业文化;政府积极发挥在协调劳动关系中的作用;工会组织加强自身建设,创新工作方法。45681 毕业论文关键词:新生代农民工; 广东省; 和谐劳动关系
Abstract
Nowadays, the new generations of migrant workers are the main component of labor in China, who has made an important contribution to our country economic growth and urban development. New generations of migrant workers in a harmonious and stable labor relations or not affect the sustainable development of enterprises and the construction of harmonious society. This article through to questionnaire survey to 486 new generations migrant workers in Guangdong province. Analysis their situation the influence factors of labor relations. The research result shows that the new generations migrant workers have not harmonious labor relations by their personal reasons,the low income,
Low labor contract rate, it is difficult to protect the right to rest and vacation; less vocational training and promotion and so on. Aiming at these factors, Generation of migrant workers to improve themselves quality and ability of safeguard legal rights; enterprises should take social responsibility and construct a harmonious corporate culture; government should play an important role in coordinate labor relations; trade union organizations should strengthen self-construction, innovative methods of work.
