摘要：由于世界经济和科学技术水平的不断发展，人口的不断增长，地上可利用的空间日益减少，开辟新的可利用地下空间资源成为提高土地利用率、节约耕地面积、改善城市居住环境的有效途径。本篇文章试图对上海西岸传媒港这一区域地段的地下空间开发进行深入研究，回顾了国内外地区高密度区域地下空间开发的历史演变，立足于对上海西岸传媒港的实际考察，以此为例，分析城市高密度区域地下空间开发策略。并对当前城市高密度区域地下空间开发存在的问题进行系统性的分析，并结合国内外城市高密度区域地下空间的开发经验，针对现如今我国城市高密度区域的地下空间开发存在的问题，从而想出相应的解决方法，以期对我国城市高密度区域地下空间开发的发展和建设中能够起到一定的借鉴意义。47130

The study on the development strategy of urban underground space in high density areas—based on the development case of Shanghai Western Coast Media underground space

Abstract: Due to the development of world economy and technology, the growth of population and the decline of ground space, the development and utilization of underground space has become the effective way to improve the efficiency of land use, save farmland and improve the urban environment. The paper attempted to make deep research on the underground space of Shanghai Western Coast media regions, reviewed the historical evolution of domestic and foreign urban underground space development in high density areas based on the practical investigation of Shanghai Western Coast media and analyzed the development strategy of urban underground space in high density areas with this case as an example. The paper also made systematically analysis on the existing problems in the development of current urban underground space in high density areas and proposed specific measures and suggestions for the existing problems with the combination of development experience of domestic and foreign urban underground space in high density areas so as to exert reference significance for the development and construction of the urban underground space in high density areas in China.
