摘要：随着汽车工业的飞速的发展，汽车配件行业也相应的得到快速发展，与此同时，汽车配件生产行业对环境造成的污染也日趋严重，不但严重影响到人们的日常的生活，更影响我们赖以生存的环境,使得环境成本不断增大，所以汽车配件生产行业环境问题越来越受到人们的重视。48999

本文以某汽车配件塑料制品项目为研究对象，通过当前通用的环境影响评价的基础方法以及国家影响评价导则所指导的工作程序，对该项目产生的环境问题进行概述。

本论文的主要研究内容由五部分组成：

第一部分为绪论，是对全文的概述，介绍文章的研究背景和意义、所选课题国内外研究现状；第二部分为环境影响评价概述；第三部分为项目的工艺流程及污染物分析。第四部分对本文建设项目环境影响相关的分析及总结。第五部分则是对全文进行就总结，得出课题研究的有关结论和对一些问题的发展展望。

A car accessories plastic products project environmental impact assessment

Abstract:  With the rapid development of auto industry, auto parts industry also corresponding to get rapid development, at the same time, the auto parts industry on the environment caused by pollution is serious, not only the serious influence to People's Daily life, more influence to the survival of our environment, makes the environment cost increasing, so the auto parts industry environment problem more and more get people's attention.

Based on a certain car accessories plastic products project as the research object, through the general evaluation of the effects of environmental impact assessment method and the basis of national guideline to guide the work program, for the project of the environmental problems are summarized.

The main research content of this paper consists of five parts:

The first part is the introduction, gives a general overview of the full text, the introduction of research background and meaning, the selected topic, the research status at home and abroad; The second part is the summary of environment impact assessment; The third part to the project analysis of the process flow and pollutants. The fourth part of this paper construction project environmental impact analysis and summary. The fifth part is the full text is summarized, the research about the conclusion and prospect on the development of some problems.
