摘要随着社会的进步,经济的飞速发展,当前企业与企业之间的竞争越来越表现为员工素质、能力的竞争,企业的人力资源管理工作也就显得尤为重要,人力资源已经成为企业的第一资源,而开发人力资源的重要手段就是员工培训。49464

   近年来,市场经济的发展以及国家政策的扶持,各种中小型企业如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现。同时,企业间的竞争也日趋白热化。 

   皓月汽车锁有限公司在激烈的市场竞争中面临战略转型,公司员工也需要通过培训来提高其胜任岗位的能力。本文通过借助有关人力资源培训理论对公司的人力资源培训现状进行分析,并设计出相符合的培训方案,旨在有效提高员工的素质和技能,为公司实现“转型”发挥作用。

   本文的研究重点在于对公司的员工进行针对性培训,即在全员培训的同时,重点突出对公司新员工、管理人员和技术人员进行培训;并且在提高他们的知识和技能的同时,加大对他们职业素质培训的力度。

   本文的价值在于为皓月公司朝着综合发展产业链方向“转型”提供人力资源培训方案,通过对皓月公司的人力资源培训方案的设计、实施、评估、调整,为战略“转型”提供充沛的、合格的人力资源。

Abstract

Along with the progress of the society and the rapid development of economy, competition between the enterprises is increasingly reflected in competition for quality of the staff and ability. the enterprise human resources management work also appears especially important, human resources have become the first resource of the enterprise, and the most important means of development of human resources is training.    In recent years, the development of the market economy and the support of government policies, all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprise have sprung up.  At the same time, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce .    Haoyue automobile lock company in the fierce competition in the market faces strategic transition, company employees also need training to improve their competency through post ability. In this paper, through the use of the human resource training theory on the company 's human resources training present situation carries on the analysis, and design a consistent training programme, designed to improve staff quality and skills, for the company to achieve a" transition" to play a role.

The innovation of this paper lies in for the company's employees targeted training, namely in the full training at the same time, focused on new employees of the company, management personnel and technical personnel training; and to improve their knowledge and skills at the same time, increase their occupation diathesis training of strength.   This paper is to the value of the magnificent towards the comprehensive development direction of industrial chain company "transition" to provide human resource training plan. through  the magnificent company human resource training scheme design, implementation, evaluation, adjustment, can provide abundant, qualified human resources as a strategic "transition".
