摘要互联网金融得益于网络的发展和社会观念的进步从而逐渐的改变人们的生活方式。P2P金融行业是互联网金融行业发展的衍生，近年来发展飞速但是问题频现。文章对P2P金融企业中年龄最长者——拍拍贷的经营现状进行分析，从而发现拍拍贷的营销问题，提出相关建议。文章从运营模式、产品和目标客户三个方面进行经营现状分析发现问题，针对客户和营销推广提出相关建议。通过对拍拍贷的分析，我们可以发现互联网金融企业的部分问题并提出建议，对于互联网金融企业能够健康发展有着良好的启示作用。50157

Abstract

The Internet Finance benefits from the development of network and the progress of social concepts and gradually change the way of people’s life.The Peer-to-peer lending derives from the development of Internet Finance .In recent years, it develops rapidly but  problems arise frequently.The paper will analyze the management status of the PPDAI, the most senior enterprise in the industry of peer-to-peer lending, so as to find the marketing problems and put forward the relevant suggestions.This article carries on the analysis of the present situation to discover the problems from three aspects of the business model, the product and the target customers.This article finally puts forward the related suggestion of the customer and the marketing promotion.By analyzing the PPDAI, we can find some problems of the Internet Finance and make suggestions to promote the positive development of the Internet finance.

（一）P2P互联网金融的产生背景

1、我国P2P互联网金融产生的社会背景：

21世纪以来，互联网的广泛式覆盖和信息技术的进步，推动了基于互联网上的电子商务飞速发展。电子商务的出现和发展创造了一些新的商业模式，P2P互联网金融就是互联网金融的衍生物。

传统金融行业渐渐不满足于现有区域的业务，在谋求扩张的时机下，电子商务的出现激发了他们发展互联网金融的灵感。与此同时随着改革开放，我国经济飞速发展。处于中产阶级的人群数量不断增多，但是现有的日常理财方式不能满足这部分人的需求。银行利息的降低，贷款门槛的增高，使得中产阶级青睐P2P互联网金融。
