摘要：本文对美团和大众点评网整合前后的现状，使用情况及未来发展进行实证研究。美团和大众点评作为时下用户量最高的团购网站，它们各有各的特色。通过网上文献的查阅研究美团和大众点评网整合前后的经营战略，商业模式和融资情况，采用归纳总结的方法对美团和大众点评网整合后的运营状况进行分析。通过研究，发现美团和大众点评整合后，在用户信息量，优惠政策力度上都有了巨大的提升。新美大（美团与大众点评网整合后的名称）成立后，整合将是未来团购网站生存的必然趋势。而对美团和大众点评整合的实证研究也能进一步从中学习到它们的成功经验。50512
