摘要我国是名副其实的农业大国，农村医疗卫生事业的发展状况直接影响着我国农村经济的稳定发展，自2003年，新型农村合作医疗保障制度实施以来，我国农民“看病难、看病贵”以及“因病返贫、因病致贫”现象得到了非常大的改善，然而随着新型农村合作医疗保障的不断深入，受经济发展不平衡等多方面因素的制约，其发展现状并不乐观。51349

本文即以江苏常州为例，借助新型农村合作医疗保障相关理论的概述，展开了对江苏常州新型农村合作医疗保障现状的调查研究，结果显示当前常州市新型农村合作医疗保障存在的问题有现行补偿比例不能满足参合农民的需求、定点医院药物以及医疗检查项目高昂、基层医院医疗服务水平偏低、外出打工的农民工定点医疗机构缺乏等，并通过对其原因分析，提出了完善常州市新型农村合作医疗保障的对策。

The problems and Countermeasures of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System
