摘要推进人力资源开发是促进地区、行业、企业提高竞争力，促进可持续发展的重要举措，因此如何加快人力资源开发就成为一个重要课题。本文选择许河镇食品加工业进行探讨。在调研的基础上，分析了许河镇食品加工业人力资源开发的现状，剖析其存在着员工文化、科技等素质仍然较低、教育培训投入不足、高素质人才流动严重，同时人力资源开发战略目标不明确，政府、企业开发对人力资源重视不够等问题。基于人力资源开发、人力资本理论等相关原理，提出了加大投入，促进资源开发、制定人力资源开发规划、建立科学的人事管理机制和有效的人力资源开发评估机制以及政府采取有效措施鼓励人力资源开发的对策建议。51533

Research on Human Resource Development of Food Processing Industry in Xuhe 

Abstract

Xuhe is located in southeast of Jiangsu Province,is one of the towns which open to outside.Today ,when government continue to promote the process of urbanization,Xuhe should play its own advantages in its initiative urbanization and not be passive in this process.

Xuhe has developed poultry farming industry and has a good reputation of “the county of eggs”,the food processing industry which is related to it almost deal with egg processing.The process of urbanization must have an industry that can support the development of local economic development,or urbanization is just the surface of urbanization.In 21 century,human resouce are gaining in status in economic activities,and is considered as the first resource,it can creat more value than material resources.

With human resource is so important in contemporary society,if food processing industry in Xuhe want to support local economic development,it must conduct human resource development on current basis.In this paper,we will discuss and analyse the problems of human resorce development in Xuhe food processing industry.
