福利院青少年社会融入问题研究
As marginal groups in society，there are some problems of adults in the welfare institute ,such as low self-worth,lacking of social support system ,and low social-acceptance in the process of integration into society,due to long-term dependence on institute-care model of keeping weight on teaching.Taking Hangzhou X welfare institute for an example , this paper is through the way of inpidual inference overall, making investigation and research on the adults and staffs in X welfare institute.From the two perspectives of social participation and social justice,this paper analyses status of adults social inclusion from five aspects , which are cognitive integration, social integration, economic integration, cultural integration and political integration,and then clarify the reason from four aspects ,which are inpidual factor, social acceptance, the welfare institute care and the system design .Finally, suggestions and measures are put forward from four aspects: the inpidual, the welfare institute, the government and the society.
