摘要公务员的薪酬制度是公务员制度中一个核心组成部分，薪酬制度是否科学、合理直接决定公务员制度是否完备和系统，现行的公务员薪酬制度亟须进一步深化改革。公务员薪酬制度在薪酬水平、激励机制、法制化建设和绩效考评与评价机制上存在一些问题。结合我国公务员的实际情况,在学习西方公务员薪酬制度的基础上,提出了公务员薪酬制度改革的方案,并从合理提高公务员薪酬水平、完善薪酬激励机制、加快规范薪酬分配的立法和构建科学的薪酬考核机制四个方面对公务员薪酬制度改革提出建议。51767

我国的公务员薪酬制度是在公务员制度的基础上建立和成长起来的，随着社会经济的蓬勃发展，公务员制度进行不断的深化改革。而近年来公务员队伍的连续加薪和“阳光工资”的施行，更是引起了社会大众的广泛关注。公务员薪酬制度的弊端也日益凸显，公务员薪酬制度的改革已关系到整个国家公务员队伍的稳定,更加科学、合理的公务员薪酬制度的制定和推行显得尤为重要。
