摘   要：主题酒店时下较为流行，音乐主题酒店因其较好的时代性、群体的高认可性而具有良好的发展趋势。在了解国内外对主题酒店理论研究的基础上，分析了音乐主题酒店在国内外的开发状况，结合深圳城市特点和深圳主题酒店发展的分析，阐述了音乐主题酒店在深圳开发的可行性及选址在深圳的理由，发现了深圳主题酒店在发展中存在的问题，提出了建立音乐酒店产品主题、打造音乐主题酒店品牌、注入酒店文化内涵、建立灵活价格机制、注重人才梯度建设等深圳音乐主题酒店的发展策略。55604

Abstract: Theme hotel is more popular nowadays, music themed hotel has good development trend because of the temporal spirit and the high recognition of the groups. On the basis of understanding the domestic and international research on the theory of Theme Hotel, analysis of the development status of the music theme hotel at home and abroad, combined with the analysis of Shenzhen city and Shenzhen theme hotel development, elaborated the feasibility of developing music theme hotel in Shenzhen and the reasons for the site in Shenzhen, found the problems existing in the development of Shenzhen Theme Hotel, put forward the development strategy of Shenzhen music theme hotel, including the establishment of the theme about the music hotel products, creating the brand of the music theme hotel, injecting the culture and connotation into the hotel, establishing the flexible price mechanism, pay attention to the gradient construction of talent etc.

1 引言
