摘要：扬中园博园是为了举办第八届江苏园博会而建设，是扬中的新地标性建筑，对促进扬中城市发展、提升城市文明程度、展示城市文明形象有着重要的作用。随着第八届江苏省园艺博览会的结束，因公共配套设施不完善、园区利用性差、公众参与性弱等问题导致园博园出现了“闲置”的现象。为充分挖掘园博园的潜力，使其成为扬中新亮点，在分析园博园发展现状、游客及当地居民对展园规划预期的基础上，从专业视角提供一些具有前瞻性的科学合理的方案，将其打造成以园林环境为载体,集园林游赏、休闲娱乐、餐饮购物、艺术文化等多种功能于一体的城市开放公园，促进园博园乃至扬中旅游更好的发展。62521
