The influencing factors of the satisfaction of the member of university student organizations
University student organizations are increasingly becoming the groups who
have strong influences in the colleges and universities, increasingly play
significant roles in university management and student life. As their
subjects, the members of student organization have played a decisive role
in the healthy development of the student organizations and better
achieving their function. So the satisfaction of members should not be
ignored. The paper mainly talks about a general impact of university
student organizations function, status and the influencing factors of
member satisfaction. And through the questionnaire, the paper surveys the
personal characteristics of the multi-school student organization members
and four aspects: functions of the organization, internal organization,
members' rights to maintain, organization problems, to analyze the
relationship of satisfaction of student organizations members, member
personal factors and organizational factors for providing advices and
references for the development and improvement of university student
organizations.

勃发展的新机遇。高校学生组织数量日益增多、规模日益扩大、种类日益丰富、
功能日益完善，在高校日常管理与学生生活中发挥日益显著的作用。
高校学生组织成员作为社团组织的主体，其满意度水平成为不可忽视的因素。
从组织角度出发，其成员满意度直接关系到组织绩效即社团功能发挥水平；而从
成员自身角度出发，其满意度与成员进入组织目的的实现息息相关。了解高校学
生组织成员满意度的影响因素进而不断提升其满意度水平，成为当前高校学生组
织管理者必须面对的实际问题。
学生组织的广义定义为由学生组成的组织；狭义定义为在教育单位内，由学
