摘要:本实验主要研究Gemini表面活性剂的一种工业制备方法。由PET醇解分离出对甲苯磺酸的酯类作为原料一,由马来酸酐与醇反应,其产物进一步发生磺化反应所生成的最终产物为原料二。以上两种原料进行酯化反应,其产物即为一种磺酸盐型Gemini表面活性剂。本实验研究了乙二醇醇解废弃聚酯纤文的最佳工艺条件,分析反应温度、反应时间、催化剂含量对醇解工艺的影响以及马来酸酐与醇类化合物先发生酯化反应生成马来酸单酯,生成的酯类再与NaHSO3反应的最佳工艺条件,通过反复的验证,得到各步反应的最佳反应工艺条件,以单酯化反应为例:正辛醇和马来酸酐最佳摩尔比为1. 00:1. 05, 于70oC左右的温度下反应,得到产率在95% 左右的单酯化产物(正辛醇马来酸单酯)。20102

Preparation of phthalate esters by the Gemini Surfactant
Abstract: An experimental study of the major industrial preparation of Gemini surfactant . Separating the PET from the alcoholysis of a starting material , the reaction of maleic anhydride with an alcohol , the product is further occurrence of the final product produced by the sulfonation of p-toluenesulfonic acid ester as the starting material II . These two materials for esterification , which is one kind of product sulfonate Gemini surfactant. This study investigated the glycolysis of waste polyester fiber optimum conditions , analysis of the reaction temperature , reaction time, catalyst content and process of the alcohol solution of maleic anhydride with an alcohol compound occurs first esterification reaction of maleic acid monoester , and then the resulting ester with NaHSO3 optimum reaction conditions , through repeated validation of the reactions to obtain the optimum reaction conditions for the esterification single example: maleic anhydride, n-octanol and best 05 is a 00:1 molar ratio at the reaction temperature of about 70oC to obtain a monoesterified product at a yield of about 95% of the ( n- octyl maleic acid monoester ) .
