摘要:为应对日益严峻的空气污染态势,我国于2013年9月首次颁布了空气质量评价方法HJ663-2013,即环境空气质量评价技术规范。该标准保证了各地区环境空气质量评价结果的统一性和可比性。本文利用HJ663-2013对广州市2008-2012年10个环境空气国控监测站点的监测数据进行统计分析,研究广州城市五年空气质量在年际间和年内的变化规律,结合该地区的气候条件、环境条件以及工业发展模式,找出其中的变化原因,并且有针对性地提出治理方法。近年来广州城市的污染主要表现为工业与交通污染交叉导致的复合型空气污染,并且有季节性规律,可以为其他大城市所借鉴。通过产业布局的优化调整,废止低产能高污染工业,鼓励清洁生产,加强监管力度,对提高空气质量有积极作用。20847 毕业论文关键词:技术规范;空气质量;广州;二氧化硫;二氧化氮;可吸入颗粒物
Study on Air Quality of Guangzhou by HJ663-2013
Abstract:To cope with the increasingly serious air pollution in China, in September 2013, HJ663-2013, namely Technical Regulation for Ambient Air Quality Assessment was issued. The standard regulates the environmental air quality assessment work, and ensures uniformity and comparability of environmental air quality assessment results. Using HJ663-2013 we study the air quality over the Guangzhou City, the urban air quality between the interannual and change rules of years, and find out the reasons. The results show that the overall air quality improved over the Guangzhou City in recent years, but air pollution is still severe. Under the new standards, success rate is lower. Air pollution is also along with seasonal changes, is generally characterized by severe pollution in the fall and winter, and lighter pollution in the spring and summer.The government must take actions to solve the pollution. Abolishing high pollution industry, encouraging clean production, strengthening supervision is positive solutions.
