摘要本课题以实验室自制的聚醚砜作为多孔支撑膜,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)和哌嗪(PIP)分别作为两相活性单体,通过界面聚合手段在基膜表面涂覆超薄脱盐层,制备复合纳滤膜(TFC)。对膜的水处理性能实验结果表明,在PIP浓度为0.25-0.50 wt%范围内,TFC对Na2SO4、MgSO4和NaCl三种盐溶液的截留率分别高于92.0%、78.1%和31.8%;同时对刚果红和亚甲基蓝两种有机小分子染料的截留率也都高于95.0%,证实了膜表面的荷负电性。最后通过分子动力学模型研究对膜的截留机理进行了理论分析,结论表明该类TFC具有极佳的应用前景。21107

Title Preparation and Properties of Composite Nanofiltration Membrane Based on Poly(ether sulfone)s
Abstract
The composite nanofiltration membrane (TFC) was prepared by poly(ether sulfone) films as the support, and piperazine (PIP) with trimesoyl chloride (TMC) as functional monomer, respectively, on the support via interfacial polymerization. The results showed that, all the TFCs exhibited high rejection of 92.0%, 78.1% and 31.8% for Na2SO4, MgSO4 and NaCl aqueous solution with PIP fraction ranging from 0.25-0.50 wt%. Meanwhile, the rejection was also greater than 95.0% for both two organic dye solutions, i.e., Congo red and Methylene blue. Rejection mechanism was carried out by a molecular dynamic simulation in Materials Studio package, and suggested a promising application future for this type of TFC.
