摘要表面活性层为壳聚糖(CTS)的接枝共聚物2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),支撑层为聚醚砜超滤膜(PES),交联剂为环氧氯丙烷(ECH),使用涂敷交联法制出荷正电的HTCC/PES复合纳滤膜。采用化学还原法来制备HTCC-Ag 铸膜液。通过傅里叶红外光谱、透射电子显微镜等分析技术对HTCC进行了表征和分析,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对膜的微观结构形貌进行了观察,并对复合膜的纯水渗透系数、荷电性、PPCPs截留率进行了测试和评价。
结果显示,CTS分子链中氨基(-NH2)上的氢原子已被季铵盐基团部分取代。通过扫描电镜可看出纳米银颗粒成功地负载到膜表面上。在还原剂硼氢化钠和柠檬酸三钠的作用下,银离子被还原成纳米银粒子核。且从扫描电镜图可看出,纳米银颗粒之间没有明显的团聚现象,粒子的聚集只发生在局部相区内。
从膜的纯水通量随操作压力的变化曲线可看出,膜的纯水通量随着操作压力的增大而增大,且基本成线性关系,纳米银的水通量比HTCC/PES高。HTCC-Ag/PES改性膜材料对PPCPs的截留实验表明HTCC-Ag/PES膜的截留率比HTCC/PES膜好 。21776

Title Preparation of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt nano-silver /  PES membranes and studies of  its separation properties

Abstract
Surfactant layer of chitosan (CTS) graft copolymer of 2 - hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan (HTCC), a support layer polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membrane (PES), a crosslinking agent for the epichlorohydrin (ECH), crosslinked coating method using a positively charged HTCC / PES composite nanofiltration membrane. HTCC-Ag prepared casting solution by chemical reduction method. By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy analysis of HTCC were characterized and analyzed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) on the microstructure morphology of the film was observed, and the water permeability of composite membranes, the Netherlands electrical, PPCPs retention rate were tested and evaluated.
The results show that the hydrogen atoms in the molecular chain CTS amino (-NH2) substituents on the quaternary ammonium salt group has been part.Successfully load to be seen by scanning electron microscopy nano-silver particles on the membrane surface.Under the action of a reducing agent of sodium borohydride and sodium citrate, silver ions are reduced to silver nanoparticles core.And can be seen from the SEM images, there is no obvious between the nano-silver particles agglomeration, aggregation of particles occurs only in localized phase region.
From the water flux of the membrane with the operating pressure curve can be seen, the pure water flux of the membrane with the operating pressure increases, and basically a linear relationship, nano silver water flux ratio HTCC / PES high.Quaternary chitosan-Ag-modified membrane materials for PPCPs rejection experiments show that the retention rate HTCC-Ag/PES film better than HTCC / PES membrane.
