摘要:本文通过实验,将建立铝硅脱氧的有关脱氧能力的知识体系。通过制备铝硅脱氧剂、进行脱氧实验以及氧含量分析,最终得到脱氧能力最强的Al-Si脱氧剂的配比,来解决不锈钢脱氧中存在的夹杂物问题。研究表明,所研制的新型脱氧剂不仅可广泛地用于不锈钢脱氧,还可用于其他低碳铝镇静钢和硅镇静钢脱氧。使用效果不仅能提高脱氧剂的脱氧能力,提高钢水的内在质量,还能减轻和消除连铸过程水口的堵塞。本研究获得一种新型的铝硅脱氧的技术。22207 毕业论文关键词:Al-Si脱氧剂;脱氧能力;不锈钢;夹杂物;
Experiment reserch of Al-Si deoxidizer for stainless steel
Abstract:Through experiments, the ability to build relevant deoxy Al-Si deoxidation of knowledge. Preparation of aluminum-silicon via oxygen scavenger , deoxygenated final experiment , as well as analysis of the oxygen content of the strongest eventually get deoxy Al-Si ratio deoxidizer . Studies show that not only developed a new oxygen scavenger can be widely used in stainless steel deoxidation , but also for other low-carbon aluminum killed steel and silicon killed steel deoxidation. Use effect not only improve oxygen capacity deoxidizer to improve the intrinsic quality of steel , but also reduce and eliminate nozzle clogging during continuous casting . Obtained in this study a new Al-Si deoxidation technique .
