d. Factory fire protection stipulation (GBJ16-1987)
e. Shell type heat interchanger standard (GB151)
f. The steel pins down the pressure vessel (GB150)
g. The sewage synthesis discharges the stipulation (GBJ8978)
h. Craft system arrangement of equipment design stipulation (HG20570)
i. Chemical installment piping arrangement design stipulation (HG/T20549)
3.Principle of design and main design standard
Principle:
(1) Safe: In the chemical production the massive matter are flammable, explosiveor are virulent. Therefore, the design must fully consider each kind is obvious and the latent danger, the guarantee production personnel'shealth and the security.
(2) Ease of operation: While determines each production process and equipment, but also must reasonably determine the operating condition. Because of it to the production process and the equipment establishment and it’s the function display and the control plan determination, all has the direct relations.
(3) Investment province: Namely the request economically uses the equipment investment, the construction invests, the public project investment and the manpower cost.
(4) Is advantageous for the installment: The factory arrangement should satisfy the construction and the installment work request. Specially should consider the large-scale equipment the hoisting, in the factory the path pavement structure and the load standard and so on should satisfy the work the request.
