摘要:目前报道的介孔二氧化钛孔体积比较小、晶体结晶度不高,从而影响了催化性能。而我们用表面活性剂F127为模板剂、钛酸四正丁酯为钛源、正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和酚醛树脂(Resol)作为无机和有机前驱体,用蒸发诱导自主装的方法合成出大比表面积、高结晶度的介孔二氧化钛。以此为载体负载金纳米粒子,并用于CO催化氧化,当金纳米粒子的含量为0.5-1.0wt%时,催化剂在较低的反应温度下就能达到100%的转化率。22456 毕业论文关键词:介孔二氧化钛,合成,CO催化氧化
Controllable Preparation of mesoporous titania and study the performance of catalytic oxidation of carbon monoxide
Abstract:It is currently reported that mesoporous titania pore volume is relatively small, the crysta lis not high crystallinity, thus affecting the catalytic performance.We use F127 surfactant as the template, tetra-n-butyl ester as a titanium source, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and phenolic resin (Resol) as inorganic and organic precursors, induced by the evaporation method for the synthesis of independent loaded the specific surface area, high crystallinity of mesoporous titania. As a carrier-supported gold particles and for CO oxidation, when the content of gold particles is 0.5-1.0wt%, the catalyst at a lower reaction temperature can reach100%conversion.
