摘要:本文使用PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)有机核孔膜取代传统的尼龙网作为基体材料,通过脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖溶胶包埋固定法,制备PET电位型农药检测传感器。用脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖溶胶包埋固定乙酰胆碱酯酶,并将其均匀地涂在PET膜上,形成酶膜。将酶膜包在玻璃电极上,用圆环固定,制备了电位型有机磷农药生物传感器。结果表明:该复合膜内允许溶液透过,具有亲水性,是本实验所需的材料。实验表明,8×10-3 mol•L-1的底物浓度和测定温度30 ℃可以较好地测定农药。另外,随着农药浓度的增加,农药对酶的抑制效果越明显。传感器对农药具有线性响应的浓度范围为1-10 mg/L。22499 毕业论文关键词:PET膜; 脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖溶胶;乙酰胆碱酯酶;农药;线性响应
Study and Fabrication of Potentiometric Biosensor for Organophosphate Pesticide Detection Based on PET
Abstract: this article USES the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) organic nuclear pore membrane to replace the traditional nylon net as the carrier, through to take off the acetyl konjac glucan-mannan glycan sol embedding fixed method, preparation of PET potentiometric pesticide detection sensor. Using acetyl off konjac glucan-mannan glycan sol embedding fixed acetyl cholinesterase, and evenly coated on PET film, forming enzyme membrane. Enzyme membrane bag on the glass electrode, with fixed ring, potential type of organophosphorus pesticide biosensor was prepared. Results show that the composite membrane through allow solution, is hydrophilic, is the material of this experiment. Experimental results show that the 8 x 10-3 mol • L-1 the substrate concentration and determination of temperature 30 ℃ can better determination of pesticides. In addition, with the increase of concentration of pesticide, pesticide of enzyme inhibition effect more apparent. Sensor has a linear response of pesticides concentration range of 1 to 10 mg/L.
