摘要:本文采用电镀和钝化工艺制备了镀锌钝化剂,研究了钝化剂中Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+的浓度对钝化层耐腐蚀性的影响,用电子能谱仪(EDX)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对添加了Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+的钝化剂的钝化层表面分别进行了表征。较佳浓度为Y3+ 3.2×10-5mol/L、Er3+ 5.12×10-4mol/L、Nd3+ 5.12×10-4mol/L、Dy3+ 12.8×10-4mol/L、 Sm3+ 6.4×10-4mol/L、La3+ 12.8×10-4mol/L。钝化液钝化的钝化层中主要含有Zn、Fe、C、O、Cr以及加入的Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+。钝化液中添加Y3+、Er3、Nd3+、Dy3+、Sm3+、La3+的镀锌钢板的表面比添加Co2+的镀锌钢板的表面更加平整。此外,与钝化液中添加Er3、Nd3+、Dy3+、Sm3+、La3+的镀锌钢板的表面相比,添加Y3+的镀锌钢板的表面更为平整,小孔较少。22949 毕业论文关键词:镀锌;钝化;稀土
Research on preparation technology of Galvanized passivator
Abstract:In this article,galvanized passivator was prepared by plating and passivation,and inpassivation agent,concentration of Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+effect on the corrosion resistance ofpassivation layer was studied,with electron spectrometer (EDX), scanning electron microscope (SEM) to add the Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+and La3+ the passivation layer surface, respectively.The better concentration are as follows: Y3+ 3.2×10-5mol/L、Er3+ 5.12×10-4mol/L、Nd3+ 5.12×10-4mol/L、Dy3+ 12.8×10-4mol/L、Sm3+ 6.4×10-4mol/L、La3+ 12.8×10-4mol/L.Passivation layer mainly contains Zn、Fe、 C、 O、 Cr and added Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+.Passivation solution was added Y3+、Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3+,the surface of Galvanized steel sheet is more smooth than adding Co2 + galvanized steel surface.Passivation solution was added Y3+,the surface of Galvanized steel sheet is more smooth than adding Er3+、Nd3+、Dy3+、 Sm3+、La3++ galvanized steel surface,and has fewer holes.
