摘要:镀铬工艺是当今工业上应用得十分广泛的电镀技术,吹冰价铬电镀工艺是最为传统的镀铬工艺,但是这项技术中含有的吹冰价铬离子具有毒性,对工作人员身体存在危害,而且对环境的污染也是十分严重的,因为这种中原因就促进了三价铬镀液电镀进一步的发展,三价铬电镀是环境友好型的镀铬工艺,是目前电镀领域的发展方向,本研究课题的宗旨是研究出一种硫酸盐体系的三价铬电镀溶液,将电镀液组成、工作电流密度、镀液的pH等工艺参数的作变动,观察获得的铬镀层的表面形貌,测量其硬度以及相对应的电解液的电流效率等镀液性能,并对测试结果进行分析和讨论。 23465 毕业论文关键词:三价铬电镀,工艺参数,硫酸盐体系,镀层
Research of Trivalent Chromium Plating
Abstract:Chromium plating process is widely used industrial plating technology, hexavalent chromium plating bath is a traditional chrome plating process, due to the toxic hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium ions operator hazards and serious environmental pollution problems of With the further development of the plating bath, green trivalent chromium plating, electroplating is the development trend of the field, this research aims to study a system of trivalent chromium sulfate plating solution, by changing the plating solution composition, current the density of the surface topography, and other parameters of the bath to test the pH of the obtained chromium plating, the hardness and the corresponding measured current efficiency of the electrolyte bath performance, and the results of results are analyzed and discussed.
