摘要:本文主要介绍了U型管式换热器的特点,这个设备包含的主要结构以及在工业行业中的应用和发展前景,详细的阐述了U型管式换热器的热力计算以及强度设计计算。在设计时我参照了《钢制列管式固定管板换热器结构设计》以及GB151-1999等参考书,综合考虑各种因素,结构设计需要选用合理、经济的结构形式。换热器结构计算的具体内容包括材料的选择,根据设计压力和温度确定壁厚,确定主要结构尺寸,校核确保能使其满足强度要求。另外要根据自己的设计条件适当的选取其他零部件,如:垫片、法兰等,从而让设计结果达到最优化组合。23594 毕业论文关键词:丙烷;丙烯;换热器;U型管
Design of Propane Evaporator
Abstract:This article mainly introduces the characteristics of U type tube heat exchanger, including main structure and the application and development prospects in industry . I described in detail the calculation of thermodynamic calculation of heat exchanger and strength design of U type tube. In this design, l consulted some reference books such as: "steel fixed tube plate heat exchanger structure design" and GB151-1999 . Considering various factors, structural design should be reasonable and economic. The structure calculation of the heat exchanger includes the choice of materials, and to determine the thickness according to the design pressure , the main structure size, which can meet the strength requirements. Whatever, I also need to choose other parts , such as: gasket, flange and so on according to the design conditions for their properselection. So the design results can achieve the optimum combination.
