摘要论文研究了膜技术用于中水回用工艺的进展和情况。根据苏北A污水处理厂的实际状况设计了中水回用工艺,指出超滤系统作为反渗透系统的预处理和传统的杀菌凝聚澄清过滤比较,在技术上有很大的优势,占地面积小、运行自动化水平高、自用水率低、出水SDI值低且稳定、运行成本低等优点,主要做工程设计和图纸设计。该工艺通过超滤与反渗透的联用使得同一工艺可以得到不同净化程度的净化水。本文同时研究了水质对膜污染的影响,结果显示中性亲水性有机物会造成膜通量的下降,是膜污染的主要原因。强疏水性、极性亲水性和弱疏水性有机物使得膜通量上升,会减轻膜的污染。25743

Title Technology for the use of membrane technology in water reuse implementation
Abstract
Thesis on the progress and situation membrane technology for water reuse technology. According to the actual situation in Northern A sewage treatment plant was designed water reuse technology, noted ultrafiltration system as a pretreatment and traditional sterilization reverse osmosis system compare cohesion clarification and filtration, technically have a great advantage, covers small, high operating level of automation, since the water is low, the water SDI values of low and stable, and low operating costs, mainly to do engineering design and design drawings. The process by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis combined with so that the same process may get a different degree of purification of purified water. This paper also studied the effect of water quality on membrane fouling, showed neutral hydrophilic organic material may cause a decline in membrane flux, membrane fouling is the main reason. Highly hydrophobic, polar hydrophilic and hydrophobic organics so weak flux rises will reduce membrane fouling.
